How Mezbo handles account data, prompts, usage information, and payments.

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, account credentials, prompts, presentation inputs, support messages, and other content you submit through Mezbo.

We also collect operational information such as usage counts, subscription status, plan details, generated slides, cached assets, login activity, and technical data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, generate presentations and images, process subscriptions and top-ups, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, monitor usage limits, and improve the reliability and quality of Mezbo.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, service planning, and product improvement where legally permitted.

Payments and subscription processing are handled through Stripe. Mezbo does not store your full payment card details. Your use of payment services is also subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy practices.

Mezbo may rely on third-party infrastructure and AI providers to support authentication, hosting, analytics, media generation, and content processing. Information submitted through the product may be processed by those providers as needed to deliver the requested functionality.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records. Retention periods can vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can contact us to request help with account access, updates, privacy inquiries, or account deletion, subject to any legal or operational limitations that apply. To make a request, email support@mezbo.com from the address associated with your account when possible.

Mezbo is not intended for unlawful use, and you should avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for your use case and you are comfortable with that risk.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date through the site or associated notices when appropriate.
