The terms that govern your use of Mezbo.

Mezbo provides tools for generating, refining, and managing presentation content and related visuals. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

You are responsible for the prompts, source material, links, and other content you submit, as well as for how you use any output generated through Mezbo.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is being used in violation of these terms, to harm the service, or to expose Mezbo or others to legal or security risk.

Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, such as slide top-ups. Prices, plan limits, included usage, and billing intervals are presented at checkout or on the pricing page and may change over time.

Paid services are processed through Stripe or another designated payment provider. You authorize applicable charges according to the plan or purchase you select. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

• You may not use Mezbo for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.
• You may not attempt to bypass account, billing, or usage restrictions.
• You may not interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the platform.
• You may not upload or submit material you do not have the right to use.
• You may not rely on Mezbo output without reviewing it for accuracy and appropriateness.

AI-generated output can contain mistakes, incomplete information, biased results, or content that is not fit for a particular audience or purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving your final slides before presenting, publishing, or sharing them.

Mezbo does not guarantee that generated output will be accurate, unique, legally available for every use case, or suitable for professional, educational, regulatory, or commercial use without review.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent storage of all content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mezbo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mezbo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to Mezbo for the applicable service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
